How quickly will I receive my order?

Custom jewelry and custom glassware orders ship approximately 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your completed order. See individual product pages for specific details. Non-custom orders ship in 1-3 business days.

What if it's a gift, and I don't have time to wait?

We can issue a gift certificate. Email and let us know which items you'd like to give, and we'll invoice you for them. Once the invoice is paid, we'll email the gift certificate to you, and you can present that as a gift.

How will my order ship?

Our standard shipping is UPS ground and takes 1-5 days to arrive to you. We will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please email us if you need something quickly and want to upgrade your shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

You cannot place international orders on our site. To inquire about international shipping rates, please email us.

How do I send you my photo for a Custom Silhouette Charm?

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of custom items. For all other products, we are happy to issue a refund less shipping for any unused merchandise returned within 7 days of its receipt. Please email us if you'd like to return an item.
