How quickly will I receive my order?

Custom jewelry and custom glassware orders ship approximately 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your completed order. See individual product pages for specific details. Non-custom orders ship in 1-3 business days.

What if it's a gift, and I don't have time to wait?

How will my order ship?

Our standard shipping in the U.S. is UPS ground and takes 1-5 days to arrive to you. We have a flat $9 shipping rate in the U.S. We will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please email us if you need something quickly and want to upgrade your shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to some Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, Ireland, Finland, Canada. We have a flat $40 rate to all of the above countries except Canada which is $20. If you have any questions, please email us.

How do I send you my photo for a Custom Silhouette?

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of custom items. For all other products, we are happy to issue a refund less shipping for any unused merchandise returned within 7 days of its receipt. Please email us if you'd like to return an item.
